Services

Services

We offer three closely connected services. Most clients work with us across all three, but each can stand alone depending on where you are in your project.

Survey
Before any good design comes a clear picture of what’s already there. Our surveys give you a reliable baseline of existing mechanical and electrical systems, building fabric performance, and energy use.

We carry out:

   • Condition surveys of existing M&E plant and distribution
   • Heat loss and energy performance assessments
   • Feasibility studies for heat network connection or low-carbon retrofit

You’ll come away with a clear, honest report that tells you what you have, what it’s worth keeping, and what needs to change.

Design
This is the heart of what we do. We design mechanical and electrical systems for residential developments and district heating networks, from concept through to construction-stage information.

Our design work covers:

   • District and communal heat networks, including energy centres and primary distribution
   • Heat pump and low-carbon heating systems
   • Residential M&E design for new build and major refurbishment
   • Compliance with Building Regulations Part L, Part F, and the Heat Network (Metering and Billing) Regulations

Advisory
Sometimes you need a second opinion, an expert voice in the room, or help shaping a strategy before any drawings are produced. Our advisory work supports clients at board level, in planning, and during difficult project decisions.

Typical advisory support includes:

   • Net-zero and decarbonisation strategy for housing portfolios
   • Heat network feasibility and HNTAS readiness
   • Expert review of third-party designs
   • Planning and stakeholder support for low-carbon proposals

We’re straightforward about what’s realistic, what it will cost, and what the trade-offs are so you can make decisions with confidence.
